I specialise in creative counselling. This involves working with Toy, figures, Art therapy and other method, of ‘Inner-Child’ interventions. Fifty percent of my clients are from the Caribbean. The majority of these clients have learnt to suppress their emotions. Creative intervention has been an invaluable tool to help unlock these buried / frozen emotions.
